1 Definitions

7.4 Disputed Outcomes

8 Prohibited Conduct

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cb777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
